With Road to Domination IV just a handful of days away, the High Council of Varanas wants the Taborean adventurers to join the festivities and make themselves known in the gaming community. Apart from the Early Bird promo and Forsaken Abbey dungeon raid, the council now decrees that there will also be a Level Race contest on the aforementioned event.

The Level Race will pit players against each other. The person who attains the highest level once the allotted time expires wins. Here are the terms of the Level Race:

Mechanics
- Players must register at the Runes of Magic booth. Registration starts at exactly 10am.
- There will only be fifteen (15) slots available. Listing will be on a firs-come, first-serve basis.
- The Level race will start at exactly 11am.
- The event facilitator will allot one (1) hour for the Level Race. The first player to attain the highest level after an hour wins the game.

Conditions
- Players must have an existing e-Games account and a Runes of Magic character. If you still do not have an e-Games account and a character in Runes of Magic, you need to make one.
- To create an e-Games account, register at http://www.e-games.com.ph/Content/Registration/Register01.aspx
- You can also generate one, together with a Runes of Magic account at the booth.
- A player can only join once.

In addition, there will be an hourly raffle wherein lucky entrants will win cool and exciting in-game items!

The raffle will start at exactly 12 noon. The RoM team will draw three (3) entries. The drawn name must be present in the Runes of Magic booth. There will be a re-draw if the person is not present inside the booth.

To join the hourly raffle, participants need to present a 20 EP card and register at the Runes of Magic Booth. One (1) 20 EP card is equal to one (1) raffle entry.
